Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to amazing ocean views, Bluff Hill haven is close to Napier CBD yet private and peaceful.

The space
Our guest house is located in the lower level of our home and is completely self contained with its own entrance.

Decorated in calming green tones, the space is a tranquil haven to admire the views.

We have two Abyssinian cats, Ziggy and Zac that may want to visit!

Our property has some steep sections therefore it is only suitable for the able-bodied.

Parking is available streetside.

Guest access
Drive into the carport and take path down towards the home. At the last step, turn right and follow the path around the right side of the house until you hit the deck and turn left for your entrance.

From 1 December to 19 January the upstairs of the home will be listed and available on Air BnB as a separate listing. The carpark will be available on a first in best dressed basses. There is plenty of parking on the street if required.

Other things to note
From January to end March the upstairs of the home is sublet to a corporate group of two guests. Noise should be minimal as they are off sight working long hours. Please keep the carport available for them. From 1 April, we will return to reside in our home upstairs.
