If the advertisement has pictures and clear description of my private property corresponding to the reality, and the guests accepted the condition upon arrival, they shouldn't after departure contact the owner suggesting that we should replace all the furniture and equipment in the entire house even if it is of normal standard as depicted in the listing. The furniture collection is of my personal preference and taste. The house, especially the living room and the kitchen is decorated in retro style which can also be seen in the advertisement. For example, the main chandelier lamp, the pictures on the walls, the candle holders hanging by the open fireplace are all of this retro style, which is visible in the advertisement. This is something that was appreciated by previous guests. This is a 60m2 summer house for a reasonable price in this area.
I keep the garden maintained several times per year and the trees are then also being cut but I deliberatelytrying to keep them look like naturally growing as I think this is more appealing and more suited to the environment. This can be seen in the main image in the listing. Viksberg is a very green area very close to big forrests.
There is an empty wardrobe by the entrance, besides the drawers in one of the bedrooms. Both of the beds in the double bed room are adjustable. It's possible to raise or lower the head and foot of the beds individually. The bed height difference has been corrected after the guests departure, please see below.
Upon arrival, both of the guests accepted the house without making any complaints. During their stay the guests didn't communicate with me neighter by phone, email or through AirBnB, although they wanted to make several complaints. They waited until the last day when leaving the house. They complained about the bed, that there were 6 chairs around the kitchen table instead of being only 4 that they would prefer, the price of the rent
among other things. There were already hangers and hooks by the entrance. Everything they complained about was already visible in the advertisement at the time of their booking. The double bed in one of the bedrooms was of different height because of being adapted for disabled people, which was already visible in the advertisement on the time of their booking. They were only two people having access to two bedrooms with four beds in total. If they would have contacted me right away I would have been able to help them during their stay. Although they waited until the last day with complaining, I still offered them a partial refund. The unadapted side of the double bed was changed out the same day they left the house.
