'the butler's retreat' is close to Palm beach - a 10 minute walk. It has low season and high season prices - High- December to end of April.
The house is central to vineyards & close to Saturday market and supermarket. It is on the bus route to and from Auckland - Matiatia passenger ferry.
It is a house to rest and relax in. It is NOT a party house. No smoking on the property. On the decks there is outdoor dining, a barbecue and pizza oven & spa.
Families, all People who respect property.

Thanks for our stay! The guys enjoyed a bit of wii to entertain them before getting wedding ready. Comfy beds and everything you need. Love the styling! Would definitely recommend.
