Other things to note
In addition to 6% Florida Sales Tax, Palm Beach County charges a 7% "Tourist development tax" on all rentals less than 6 months. Airbnb cannot currently include this in it's tax calculation. Instead of invoicing you separately for this tax, we include it in the rent charge.

The most important rule is to relax and enjoy your time here.
But, there are always a couple of practical things:
Keep the space neat and clean and do your own laundry and dishes during your visit. At check out, we will take care of the sheets and towels but dirty dishes may not be left in the sink. Please wipe the kitchen sink and surfaces clean of food. Dispose of any perishable food in the refrigerator and any opened food you are not taking with you. If you have any unopened food that you are not taking with you, please leave it and we will donate it to a local food pantry. During your stay, please take out the trash and roll the container to the curb if it is trash day.
