Our quite new galvanised iron clad buildings reflect shearing sheds on the sheep station this property was once part of. The interior of Tree Change Cottage & our home are spacious and modern. Both were architecturally designed for comfort, aesthetic appeal and to suit this climate.
Currently you are welcome to access the non bush fire affected areas. For your person safely, YOU MUST KEEP OUT OF BURNT AREAS. Tree fall is a great risk at this time.
The timber verandah on the northern side of our home is available for you to view our kangaroos and native birds. The outdoor table & chairs may be used by you.
Within reasonable hours, you may arrange to use your mobile phones and access internet in our home.

Other things to note
Our landscape has begun to rejuvenate quickly since the 17th January 2017, when a huge grassland and bushfire swept through our property & other neighbouring ones. Some trees are reshooting. All the trees immediately surrounding the Cottage were not burnt. We still have some native wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, blue tongue lizards, possums, wombats, at least 1 echidna and an abundance of many native birds.
If you love nature, there is so much to enjoy here.
Please respect the Cottage and its contents so future guests can also enjoy what we provide and offer for your comfort.
We appreciate being told about any accidents, mishaps or issues that may occur during your stay.
We do our best to assist you if required.
Massages can be booked separately on arrival
Furniture is not to be rearranged

I love nature, music, enjoy visiting other places & experiencing other cultures.
Have visited a number of countries and cities. The world has lots of new experiences to offer. Each place is so unique.
Lived on an Aboriginal settlement for 1 year, some decades ago. Learnt so much about indigenous culture that year, working and living with the local people and studied their language.
We live on 9.7 hectares of mainly bush with many Australian native animals and birds, sharing our land. Over 150 types of colourful native wild flowers bloom on our land over various seasons.
It's about 15 minutes by car to a local small village.
We left city life 8 years ago. Love our changed lifestyle. Plan to grow much of our own food.
