hi sorry you were not happy with the key arrangements but as you were unable to provide us with an exact time of meeting until 24hours before arrival it was difficult for to meet you directly but we arranged for the keys to be collected and my friend provided you with all the instructions etc. We had offered to meet you at the premises if it was during day time, but as you were arriving in the evening this was not possible. I'm sorry you had difficulty regarding the heating as clear instructions are left for all guest, its only the one knob you need to turn to switch on and off, we have never problems with previous guests and the instructions. though perhaps your unfamiliarity with other heating systems in other countries hindered. Unfortunately you confirmed there were 4 people working at they system when we chatted it appeared the problem arose as someone had switched off time clock (which is the main switch) etc?? and had touched other parts of the system. This meant you had switched off the system automatic settings. Though I know it can be difficult to come to another country and understand the system, But when you called we gave instructions over the phone how to reset and the system then worked.
