The JR Suite is a large room in a spacious 2800 ft² luxury home with breathtaking high ceilings with and garden patio. It's perfect for executives, families or groups of up to 4 visiting San Francisco. We're minutes from the BART station and a 30 min drive to downtown San Francisco, Berkeley, Stanford and San Jose. The neoclassical decor makes you feel like you're in a different time and place. The quiet neighborhood is safely located within a golf course less than 5 minutes to the club house.

We have an old Daschund dog named Mocha. She just broke up with her boyfriend so please make sure you pet her and give her a nice hug!

• CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Leave every room exactly how you found it! This includes dirty dishes, microwave, stove, trash.
• NO SMOKING inside the house
• Smoking is ONLY allowed in the garden / patio. Cigarette butts belong in the GREEN ash tray ONLY.
• make sure to physically lock all doors when leaving the house and before you go to sleep
• CONSERVE WATER (Limit showers to 15 minutes, California is experiencing a major drought)
• Turn lights off when leaving a room
• After bathing, please wipe floor dry (especially next to tub/shower)
• Lost house keys will be $200 to rekey all exterior doors
• NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY (I am often rushing to leave, if you are parked behind me, you agree to take full responsibility and pay for my damages.)

• Ask about kids and pets first!
• Pets may use the bathroom in the front
• CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET (use a plastic bag, pick up your pet's crap and put it in the trash bin outside next to the gate opposite of the main entrance)

• ALWAYS LET YOUR HOST KNOW when you plan to arrive.
• We GUARANTEE a clean room or we will REFUND your cleaning fee
• If this listing allows a "flexible" arrival time and there is someone occupying your room the night before, your check in time becomes 3:00 PM unless you get permission from your host.
• If this listing allows a "flexible" arrival time and you plan to check in before 3:00 PM, INFORM YOUR HOST and you will FORFEIT your refund of the cleaning fee.

• 10:00 AM check out time will be STRICTLY ENFORCED unless you ask permission.
• Make sure you have ALL your belongings, my lock disables your access at 10:00 AM
• ALL GUESTS MUST place used bed sheets, blankets, towels and pillow cases and put it in the hamper / laundry basket outside your room.
• Take your trash out to the big trash bins outside the house on the other side of the garage / car port opposite of the main entrance next to the side gate.
• Leave the room key in the lock
• Take your food from the refrigerator or throw it away in the trash bin in front outside nest to the gate on the opposite of the garage from the main entrance
• If you have a house key, do not forget to leave it. We will charge $200 USD to re-key all the exterior doors. (we like to have only one key unlock all the exterior doors)

• Cleaning Company come once per week, so ALL GUESTS are expected to CLEAN UP
• If garbage in the kitchen or bathrooms are full, take it out to the large trash bins outside on the opposite side of the house next to the gate.
• CLEAN dishes, cups, plates, cooking pan EVERY TIME you use it.
• WIPE counters, mirrors and sinks in kitchen and bathrooms after EVERY USE

I almost never leave negative reviews but I want to protect others from being misled. Property was not clean, only provided 2 towels when I notified them it was for a party of 4. There was no hand soap or shampoo. The kitchen sink was duck taped and the fridge had not been cleaned for weeks. There were hundreds of dead and alive flies inside the fridge as well as throughout the house. My daughter had flies on her pillows while she was sleeping. The host threatened to charge me for another guest's issue. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in this area, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Better off at a motel.

Since I’ve been having problems with newer guests, I screen every person before I accept. I always ask if they’ve read the entire listing and all the rules. He said he understood everything. However, he took the emergency key from the lockbox which means he did not read all of our instructions. This caused another guest to get locked out because she was not able to operate the keypad. I politely asked if covered a refund to the guest if I had to other guest a night that he pay for it since she caused the lockout and ultimately a bad review on my super host account. This is when things got bad. He complained about the refrigerator which was out of order because we were in the process of cleaning it but I NEVER gave him permission to use it. He says my listing is misleading because we don’t mention a pet fee however, my listing says ask about pets first, which is when we disclose the fee. If he didn’t like it, he didn’t have to accept. Another sign he didn’t read the entire listing. He complained about no soap or shampoo but if he communicated this to us, I would’ve told him where to find the refills. He complained about charging for parking but there is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the house. He complained about washer and dryer but just like hotels and apartment complexes, we have to charge in order to avoid $1000+ utility bills. All the towels for the room downstairs are in the closet but he ended up using our rag towels used for cleaning which we keep separately out of reach towards the top shelf. I am not there so I wouldn’t know that there were no more white guest towels downstairs unless they report it. Had he communicated this to us, we would’ve told him to only use the white towels and there are more in the linen closet for the other rooms upstairs. He complained about tape that was used to repair a piece of wood on a kitchen cabinet until the glue dried. We were being very kind professional and courteous but after we asked him to cover a refund for his mistake, I don’t understand why he took it as a “threat.” he became rude and said we were only being nice to cover ourselves. All of his problems could have been addressed if he was proactive in communicating with us. We can’t fix things we don’t know about. Again, he did not read the entire listing and rules when we asked him prior to accepting his booking. This is why we don’t like to accept newer airbnb guests or guests with very few reviews.

Bryan's house is beautiful and cozy. He is really generous and friendly host and gave us everything we needed during our stay at his place. Жильё и вправду хорошее, но будет маловато, если вас четверо. 40 минут на машине от Сан Франциско, могут быть проблемы с парковкой. Но в целом рекомендую ;)

We loced our stay at Bryan's place! It wad very well organized, super clean and overall homey. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and house. The house is very well equipped and so is the kitchen, which we used daily. There's also an option to do your laundry. Thank you for a great stay!
