sorry you had a 3 star experience. Just so I understand, you gave a 3 star review for a listing that was clear to you? We always try to give our guests wonderful experiences at a comfortable price. Out of 200 guests, you are the only one who didn't find the signs with my puppy's picture cute. The listing is written the same way. we work hard to make sure our listings are as automated as possible. I found this a great opportunity to experience managing these listings remotely while on vacation and although things don't always go as planned, we addressed your concerns as quickly as possible. You would be surprised the types of guests we sometimes get and how they take advantage of such a nice house. in your private feedback you said "Fairly inexpensive, but a pretty Spartan, self-serve experience.” as if self serve was negative. I'm trying to understand how it's a bad thing for you to clearly understand an listing, book a room and are unhappy about getting what you clearly understood you paid for?
