What a cute place!! Off the beaten path and in beautiful Texas country. Merinda was very accommodating and even offered us an upgrade to her Shabby Chic location even though we turned it down because this little country location was exactly what we were looking for :) Already recommended to our family and friends!

Perfect location for the rountop market! Hostess is wonderful and provides a delicious home cooked breakfast. There are no gas stations or stores nearby and you may want to have some bottled water or drinks prior to arrival. Shampoo and coffee were provided in our Cottage. We definitely would stay here again and there were other cottages on site if you have a larger group

Beautiful property, quaint, well appointed cottage just a few miles from the antique show.

We have a newly built Victorian home on 10 treelined acres next to a tranquil duck pond. At our Victorian home, we offer 2 types lodging to include independent cottages and catered rooms. Our 85 year old farm house which is down the road in Fayettville has 4 bedrooms and the newly built barn has 6 bedrooms. It is set on the family farm and offers a more rustic country feel.
We enjoy collecting antiques and going to estate sales, our rooms reflect our love of collecting.
Five things I can not live without are:
1. My toothbrush
2. Rubber gloves for cleaning
3. Golf clubs
4. My paint brush
5. My washing machine

My favorite motto is, keep trying until you like it, try something, try something else.
You will find something you like to eat, or I will keep trying until I find something you like, or I have emptied out the fridge.
