South Queen Anne offers some of the best views of the Seattle skyline and is frequently used by many to demonstrate the beautiful view. Enjoy watching the sea planes come into land the ferries dock, relax to the ambient sounds of Seattle.
This is an 1906 Victorian on Queen Anne with amazing views. The location cannot be beat.
We just purchased the building and will have an extensive planning and permitting time frame so we decided to rent part of it out short term.
The single street level apartment is over 1,450 sq ft and has two bedrooms with a king room, and a queen bedroom we have turned an additional space into a bunk room there is additional sleeping for four, with a double sofa bed and queen Aero bed. It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor view deck, and one full bathroom with a shower tub combination.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi and cable TV in a large living room that faces south towards down town Seattle. The property is 1/2 a block to the east of Queen Anne Ave N which offers bus service to down town. There is one off street parking space and many free on street parking options.
A ten minute walk and you arrive at the Space Needle and can walk, bus or car to all of Seattle's tourist spots. It is also ideally situated for business travelers visiting the high tech hub of South Lake Union or down town.
The home itself has many period features typical of the 1906 era. There is some deferred maintenance to the exterior of the property, which will be rectified in 2017 with the renovation. In the mean time, we have priced the apartment below market rate in order to drive occupancy, under the proviso that you are renting a unit that will benefit from enhancements. That said, we have gone to great lengths to improve the immediate situation, by repainting the entire interior of the apartment and fixing many of the minor issues. We are experienced investors with other (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) units which we have been renting for a number of years, so we are well versed with the needs of guests and do our utmost to meet and exceed them. This unit is not for all guests. It is not as polished as our other properties and it is not a hotel but we are very relaxed with this listing, welcome big groups and pets.

Only use unit and front yard. The deck and side yards and lower yard are completely off limits to any person. In the event of a double booking on the property and / or unforeseen circumstances, the host reserves the right to cancel the booking.
