The space

A lovely two-bed apartment in an exclusive development close to the spectacular Newcastle quayside and only a few minutes from the city centre. It is quiet and private, and beautifully decorated with two balconies - one off the lounge that catches the afternoon sun and another Juliette balcony off the main bedroom overlooking a quiet street. With a fully-equipped kitchen, fabulous decor, balconies, secure parking, an unbeatable location and a designer upmarket feel the apartment has everything for a great stay.

The apartment block is situated in Trinity Square - a quiet, sunny square that leads down to Newcastle's fantastic quayside with its great bars, restaurants and iconic bridges. The world-renowned Sage Music Centre and Baltic Art gallery are both a few minutes walk from the apartment across the famous Millennium Bridge.

The apartment has two bedrooms, lovely designer bathrooms (one en-suite), covered secure parking and a communal kitchen/lounge area with a private balcony overlooking trees.

The large, comfortable lounge opens onto the balcony, and has a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, free wireless broadband. plus a dining table with seating for four people. The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment you could want for a holiday or short stay, including a separate oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer; dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc is all provided. The whole kitchen/lounge area is great for socialising with more than enough space for people to comfortably relax.

A free, secure, allocated, covered parking space is available in the basement of the Manor Chare apartment block.

The apartment comes with many small items that make a stay enjoyable and hassle-free, such as a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, free tea and coffee, secure entry to the building, on-call maintenance for any problems, , high chair and travel cot. In fact if there is anything you want us to do or put in the apartment, please tell us when you book and I'm sure we can accommodate you.

This apartment is suitable for families, business and mature groups due to it's quiet residential location. I do not accept bookings from party groups, stag and hen parties.

Guest access

Guests are free to use the entire apartment and everything in it for the duration of their stay

Interaction with guests

I am at the end of a phone for any problems or questions throughout your stay and can be there in twenty minutes if needs be. Any maintenance issues can be quickly and easily sorted by 'in-house' staff. I am happy to meet you on your arrival to help get you settle-in or, if you prefer, you can let yourself into the apartment using a secure key-safe.

Tracey is a great host, she really went above our expectations helping to get an extra cot and high chair. She also provided milk, tea and coffee for us and met us at the flat upon arrival, which was really helpful and thoughtful. She was always quick to respond and was really helpful. Her flat is gorgeous, well presented, fab location and has everything you would need for a trip away. We really enjoyed our weekend in Newcastle thanks to Tracey and her lovely place. I highly recommend Tracey and her gorgeous flat!

Fantastic apartment extremely well located within walking distance to the city centre and the Quayside and all services. The flat has a homely feeling with a personal touch. For such a central location the apartment is very quiet. We hope to return !

Excellent apartment, beautifully furnished, well equipped and very homely. Tracey left milk tea, coffee, chocolates and made us feel very welcome. She is great at responding to any queries. Lovely quiet apartment well situated near to the town but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The flat is newly decorated. The size is not big but enough for 4 of us. They provided a secured car parking space. Just one minute walk to Tesco Express, 3 minutes to Quayside and 7 minutes to city centre. Everything in the flat is fine except the bathroom door is a bit hard to close.
