We try to give guests as much privacy as they like. I live about 10 minutes away so will be available if you need any assistance. We mostly communicate through the Airbnb app but also contactable through email, phone and what app. Any messages after 10pm will not be answered until the following morning.

We have installed a coded key box at the front door. This gives flexibility for checking in and out and most guests are happy to let themselves in but if you would prefer please ask me to meet you there.

Lovely home with a great location, just 30min walk or 10min bus to city center. Maurita also included a nice folder with maps, tips, and take out places nearby.

Lovely quirky terraced house in a "compact and bijou" style. Well appointed with everything that you will need and handy for shops and restaurants on the Lisburn road. If you have a car, you better be good at parallel parking because the road gets full up at night. The close proximity to the railway line is not a problem because the very effective double glazing keeping the noise out. Plus Belfast railways are not that busy. I would thoroughly recommend this Honest little house for an excellent value for money stay in Belfast. Also, very handy for Windsor Park if the Green and White army are playing at home.
