Staying in such a classic Brooklyn apartment really gave us the feel we went back in location was above an awesome rock and roll bar with an amazing house brew and parking was... yup... free. Our band visited for a show and this place set the tone for a great night of NYC. Rock on Chris. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Amazing host. The place was better than the pics! Extremely flexible with the check in and check out! Easy going "landlord"!! Would absolutely suggest.

Overall our stay was great! The place was even better than we expected and what we saw in the photos. Very spacious, clean, in a great area that was walking distance to many bars and restaurants, as well as the subway. Chris was a great host, although we never got to meet him he communicated with us very well as to how the check in process would work. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area!

This apartment looked exactly like the photos and was what I expected for the location and price listing. It's in a cute part of Williamsburg by the underpass, but was not very noisy at all. There is a restaurant that has outdoor seating behind the building, but you only hear it from the bathroom. The couch was big, and I loved the elongated shape of the kitchen and living space. It was so nice having 3 bedrooms as well, and everything was fairly easy to find and figure out. The neighborhood had a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance; we were overwhelmed by brunch options in the vicinity. We used Uber for our entire weekend in the city, and the apartment's location is actually a really good spot, just over the bridge to Manhattan. Without traffic we were in the heart of downtown in 20 minutes, and split between the 4 of us it wasn't so bad. With traffic? Another story, but that's New York. We didn't take advantage of the cable or TV at all, but there was decent Wi-Fi, once we got it connected. There were a couple initial issues with one of the smoke detectors and the with the router, but both the host and the current tenant who actually lived there were very responsive by phone and we got it figured out right away. Another key amenity was the AC window units in every room that were powerful. This was a great place to stay if you want a short summer trip to New York and don't mind being in Brooklyn vs. right downtown. I recommend
