Perfectly nestled in Nob Hill, my location enables you to enjoy a true neighborhood feel, paired with great proximity to Hyde Street's exquisite restaurants, Jackson Street's cozy cafes, & Polk Street's quaint shops.
Just one block from a Cable Car stop, and walk/transit scores to match (95/97), your sightseeing options are endless! Enjoy getting lost in an exceptionally picturesque place!
My apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy!
Cloaked in redwood walls, the living room is truly the hearth of the apartment. Whether you choose to have a fire or not (duraflame provided), you'll almost immediately feel the warmth of the space.
The bedroom is outfitted with an antique desk, which overlooks the Bay through a generous-sized bay window, which also frames the Golden Gate Bridge. Ample storage throughout allows you to store clothing and truly relax. An incredibly comfortable, queen-sized bed ensures a great night's sleep and loads of energy to explore the City by the Bay.
The kitchen is outfitted with ultra-high quality appliances along with room in the fridge/ freezer to store any food you may have. As my guest- please feel free to help yourself to anything that I have in the pantry!
Interested in viewing one of SF's world-class sunsets? Enjoy my apartment's roof deck atop the apartment. You'll notice that the deck is wrapped in plexiglass to mitigate windchill, please stay within the plexiglass area and do not walk on the roof (neighbors can hear footsteps and will address you). Be sure to keep door unlocked while on the roof deck.
***If you get locked on the roof deck, there's a key in the shed (please replace the key where you found it). Thx!
Entire apartment (#3) and rooftop. Enjoy!
There are neither smoking nor pets of any kind allowed in the apartment so please keep that in mind when booking.
Out of respect to the tenants in the building, please do not invite people into the apartment whom I have not already approved (i.e. the person who made the initial request to stay). Other than that, please tidy up before checking out and consider yourself a friend of mine visiting from out of town to other residents in the building.
I'm hoping you will treat everything as you would in your own place. I appreciate your consideration in advance and I'm looking forward to having you!
