The space

Listen to the sound of the waves break only metres from this beachside cottage.

Located on the lower hillside above Dutchman's Beach this older style holiday house has been renovated throughout and offers open plan living area with floor boards, split system air conditioning, a 2x 2 seater lounges, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, solid timber dining table with 6x contemporary chairs, water views with the kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 2x burner stove top, microwave and standard size fridge /freezer. Both the kitchen and dining areas offer sliding glass door access to an outdoor table and seating on the large covered balcony where you can relax, unwind and absorb in the amazing 180 degree blue vistas across Port Stephens.

The main bedroom also has access to the covered balcony and offers a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe and a beautiful water views to wake to each day. The 2nd bedroom tri- bunk bed (single on-top and double on-bottom), wardrobe and flat screen TV, ideal for kids game consoles. The bathroom and combined laundry have been modernised and offer a shower over the standard size bath, vanity and toilet as well as a front loading washing machine and dryer. Other features of this property include, a 2nd entertainment area at the rear of the property with 3x burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting, one off street parking space, a port-a-cot and direct beach access.

Interaction with guests

Via the property manager. They are experienced holiday let managers and really nice to deal with.

Other things to note

Keys need to be collected (and returned) from my Agent at 47 Shoal Bay Rd Shoal Bay. They are open until 5pm, after this time (4pm on Saturday's and not open Sunday's) a $20 fee applies to collect keys from their office where a mobile number will be displayed on the front door for you to call.
The Agent will require a valid credit card for pre-authorisation.
Linen packs are supplied (make own beds) includes bath towels so just need to bring your pool/beach towels and personal toiletries please note only a limited amount of toilet paper is supplied and a small welcome kit with tea, coffee, sugar, chux, tea towels and d/w tablet/liquid.

A lovely house in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the beach and a short stroll from Nelson Bay town centre. Perfect for a family holiday!
