James was friendly, flexible, punctual, and responsive. The apartment is a modern, quiet one-bedroom with a very comfortable bed and spacious kitchen, living room, and bath. It's in a large apartment complex with reserved garage parking, a huge outdoor pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. The complex has a grocery store and several restaurants, a coffee shop, and Van Leeuwen ice cream. The location is within walking distance of downtown and Little Tokyo. It's in the Arts District, a formerly industrial but rapidly redeveloping area with excellent restaurants, cafes, coffee and ice cream shops (try Salt & Straw), brew pubs, and a branch of Hauser & Wirth, all alive with activity. We felt safe walking the central streets day and night. This is a tremendous place to stay in a cool neighborhood, highly recommended.

James is a perfect host. Although he was unavailable for check-in due to a traffic delay a friend was available to provide the keys and make sure an questions we might have were answered. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure he addressed any concerns we might have (there weren't any). The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast at the apt. most days and dinner once. The kitchen had most of the appliances one would have in their own home and certainly was more than adequate. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone interested in staying in the Arts/Little Tokyo area of LA.

James is a really sweet guy. I live in the neighborhood, and his place was ideal for my parents visiting from out of town.

James home was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. Located right around the arts district in downtown Los Angeles, the layout of the home was beautifully designed. Although there were no issues, James made himself available for any questions 24/7. Highly recommended.

Hi Everyone :)

My name is James and I live in Downtown LA as a Actor/ Model/Film Producer/Director and I'm always on the road. I love building Airbnb relationships, I feel like I have friends all over the world. I've Airbnb'd in London, Madrid, Rome, NY, Miami, Chicago. I've become friends with most of the host from those cities, and would gladly recommend them if you are going to any of those cities. I love travel (obviously), art, music, books, writing, and sporting events. I really enjoy living downtown and I'm sure you will too!
