A cosy 90 m2 ground floor apartment suited in a quite old building by the Galeries Lafayette and the Gendarmenmarkt- at the heart of the most fancy part of town. it has high ceilings and many windows, there are 2 entrances, great living room, master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted kitchen and a bath-room.

The place is yours and only yours at the time of your stay, Ive tried to create a pleasant space so you can enjoy and feel at home :) so feel free to use anything you like as long as you respect the building and house rules.
There is smoking area outside with a bench and table.
You will get 2-3 pairs of keys, one is for the building door and one for the apartment.
There will be fresh bedsheets and towels for you, as well as soaps, shampoos and basically all what you need for your stay!
I can arrange bicycles upon request.
Interaction with guests
Me or my partner will be available for you at anytime during your stay if something is needed, I can suggest you many things to do in Berlin but you will also find a lot of info-flyers regarding to events, museums etc. already waiting for you at the apartment.
Other things to note
This is not a party place. AT ALL !
Its a representative building combining living and working, the neighbours are all united and full of respect and you should act the same.
