My place is a lovely 4 story traditional house in a pretty and buzzy historical little English Square a stones throw from the Thames feeling like Paris with. Fun restaurants and a bar in the doorstep. The house is welcoming and comfort interior designed with a light sunny patio garden
Close to the fashionable King's Road an Chelsea. The square is cobbled and reminiscent of a little Parisienne square with alfresco dining, chairs scattered under fairy lights and benches to wait on a bar for a cocktail and a Gail's bakery .The House is s pretty 4 story house looking over the square and next to a famous British school with giggling children and soon to be joined by Baby Prince George ..
The house has been architecturally designed with beautiful detail and soft welcoming colours . There is everything you need in the kitchen and a Sonos system for those with the AP . There is coffee tea and refreshments and water in the fridge everyday .
The room is situated on its own floor with the bathroom adjacent. Fresh linens and flowers and water in the room and shampoo and conditioner in bathroom . The room is light and airy and overlooks the. Cobbled square. The bed is super comfortable so guests say !
The house has a very welcoming and happy feel having been once a bakery until early this century still has a large ornamental oven in the snug area great fun to see .
On entry there is a living room open plan to a stylish kitchen with large glass doors opening onto a patio garden garden..
the room is on its own floor with bathroom adjacent
Interaction with guests
I run a company sad travel a fair bit so often away which does allow the guests a fair amount of complete privacy. However I am a very sociable person so always happy to help with the stay and answer any thing needed and on hand and even sit for a breakfast tea to catch up on some guests adventures !
The room and bathroom are on a separate floor which is private
Gail's bakery does make the most delicious coffee and breakfast and is a 2 minute walk . Beats my coffee!
Other things to note
There is metered parking from 9am to 4pm which plenty of spaces . On a weekend it is free.
The river has walkways both East and west and this is a very picturesque commute if sunny .. Battersea Park which houses an art gallery a children's zoo and a boating pond is also a moments walk .
If possible To remove shoes going up stairs
No smoking in the house but happy for guest to smoke in the garden.
No parties in the house and no additional guests without consent or booked
I am a business woman who is working in the creative industry, i have a lovely home and love the finer things in life and design and have found a beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful square . The square is literally minutes from the shores of the Thames .. it is charming and friendly with a couple of brasseries. A bar , a Gail's patisserie for delicious breakfast and a convenient store . It is Parisian style london . Lots of outside dining a rarity in London that is happy and convenient. I travel a lot mainly to Paris and NYC . I think most people would agree that staying in Battersea Squareis a wonderful experience and i enjoy hosting is appeals to my sense of life and love of people.
