Not affected by the hurricane!!! Sturdy and spacious and newly renovated 3 bedroom in a QUIET residential neighborhood by the beach. Accommodates up to 10. Has 4 queen beds plus a sleeper sofa. Free parking and wifi when avaliable. Air conditioning in every bedroom. Steps to the beach, bars, and restaurants but on a quiet street. $7 Uber ride from the airport, $10 to Old San Juan or the Cruise Terminal.

Property managers are available 8am - 6pm M-F and 11am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday and aim to respond to all questions within 24hrs.

Other things to note

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. There is zero tolerance for loud and/or lewd behavior. There are lots of bars, restaurants and the beach just a few minutes walk away where you can be as loud as you want.

Please arrange check in with the Property Managers Brett and Jennifer. They can be reached through the AirBnB messenger and will provide necessary contact information as well as check in instructions (please see directions for property location).

To make the most of your visit to PR we recommend renting a car at SJU airport. Using Hotwire you can usually get rates as low as $15/day plus insurance. If you are staying more than 1 night we highly recommend a day trip to Culebra for the most beautiful beach you will ever see - Playa Flamenco. Drive to Fajardo and take the ferry to Culebra. It is about $5 round trip.

Please make sure to turn off all AC units when leaving the apartment so that we can maintain these low prices and save electricity. In PR electricity and water are 3 times the cost of it in the US. No smoking and no loud parties anywhere on the premises.

Check out time is 11am.

Very important: The plumbing systems in Puerto Rico cannot handle toilet paper, paper towels, any kind of wipes or feminine products being thrown in the toilet. If the toilet gets clogged during your stay and we have to call the plumber to unclog it, you will be responsible for his fee. We will provide you with a copy of his invoice, he charges at least $200 for each service. We provide trash cans in each bathroom, please throw out everything in this list into the trash cans, not into the toilets.

No parties, no smoking, no drugs and no non-paying overnight guests please.

You as the guest are responsible for cleaning your dishes and trash removal. You will be charged a minimum of $250 in cleaning fees if trash, dishes or the space is left in disarray, no exceptions.

If you lock yourself out between the hours of 6pm and 9am it's a $75 fee for us to come out and give you new keys. It's $25 between 9am and 6pm.

Check in after 8pm is available and subject to a $25 fee that must be paid in cash on arrival. Please arrange this late check in at least 24hrs in advance with the property managers .

Optional Services:
Laundry service is available upon request and is $20 per load. There is a supermarket 2 blocks away that is open 24/7 and is called Plaza Loiza (make a right outside the house and your first left on Calle Loiza. You will see the supermarket on your right in a few blocks). Extra cleaning services are available for a fee upon request.

Justin's place is very close to Ocean Park beach and Isla Verde. We found excellent places to eat within walking distance. The house itself is very roomy and convenient for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. Brett (property manager) takes very good care of you, is very quick to respond and provides very helpful local tips. Would definitely stay there again. Khozem and Farida.

This place was in a fantastic location. Brett the property manager is readily available to answer any questions and he must've messaged me a few times to make sure me and my family were all set. Would definitely rent again from him!

Great place! Location is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, restaurants, McDonald's and Walgreen. Apartment is spacious and well stocked with everything needed including beach chairs, cooking spices and bug repellant. The property manager, Brett, is very helpful, responsive, and kind. Definitely recommend this place.
