A golfer's dream escape! Welcome to your own beautiful, private courtyard villa. Easy living just a few minutes by cart to El Santiago Golf course, country clubs, swimming, tennis and nightly entertainment at either Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing.
Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
When you first step inside, you will be delighted by the Villa's sunny and open layout. This florida decorated home is a great place for your family and friends to relax after a day on the fairway or at the pool. As your walk in, you will find a cozy and comfy living area with a 60" TV and DVD. If you prefer, you can listen to music on the CD player - there's even a selection of CDs to choose from.
The open and comfortable dining area is perfect for relaxing at home for dinner or even playing a game of mexican train with friends. Large sliding patio doors invite views of the cheery lanai and lead out to the private, enclosed patio where you will find a grill for your steaks.
Inside the home are two well-appointed bedrooms with premium mattresses and luxury linens to enhance your comfort. The first is the master suite, featuring a 50" TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is also quipped with a queen sized bed and the bath has a shower and tub.
You'll even find a pack and play and linens in the closet if you're traveling with a toddler.
Guests ID's will be provided so you can enjoy your stay at The Villages. Please note: there's a 3 day wait on requesting guest passes, so last minute guests may not be able obtain passes for the next day.

This is a family home and well cared for, which means we care. While we do have it professionally cleaned between guests, your courtesy is appreciated in terms of leaving the space in a reasonable condition. If it's that time of year, please use the air conditioning in a reasonable manner.
Please let us know if you see anything that is in need of repair or replacement - there is a good chance we might not know about it, so we appreciate your help in telling us. The neighborhood is friendly, but The Villages is an age restricted community, so please be considerate of neighbors, especially at night. Activities are adult oriented and while there is plenty of nightlife entertainment at 3 town squares, respectful peace and quiet are hallmarks of Village living.
Our home is your home, so long as you don't smoke or leave it a mess. Thank you and have a great time!
LAST DAY: Leave garage door opener and gate pass in black pouch in the Guest Binder. To save time for the housekeeper, please start washing machine with any last towels and start dishwasher (if needed). Get rid of all perishable food and put in garbage bag in garage. The housekeeper does the rest.
Please close and tie up the patio umbrella and if you have moved the lounge chairs to the patio or used cushions on the chairs, please return to the Lanai so they are not damaged by winds or rain.
