You will appreciate my very nice apartment for the balcony, the luminosity and the external spaces. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. My accommodation is very close to Daumesnil metro, and Nation (line 2, 6, 8). Near place Félix Eboué and Palais Omnisports of Paris Bercy. Parks, the Seine and numerous shops nearby.

Beautiful apartment. It had an excellent view, and a perfect little balcony to have a beer of breakfast outside. The bus stop is literally before the building, and the metro stop at the end of the street. There is also a great little grocery store across the road, so the location…

Simon was a perfect host. His place is located in a quiet, family friendly, residential neighborhood with a shop and patisserie just in front of the building entrance. We spent a beautiful weekend in Paris. Best price/quality location.

The apartment was perfect. It is in a lovely location located close to metro which was perfect for us. Simon is a great host. He didn't mind us being extremely late. I would definitely book again.
