Mariet was lovely and extremely accommodating, especially as I made a mistake with my booking and arrived a whole day early. But Mariet went out of her way to help and set us up in a room. The location of BnB Maret was brillant- a very short walk from Termini Station where intercity trains and local metro goes from with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms were spotless, looked like the photos and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the hot plate in the room was very handy. Can recommend staying with Mariet- she is a great host and the location is great. Remember there is a tax you will have to pay in cash upon arrival too.

Mariet is a lovely host, very helpful, excellent communication and keeps the room clean. The place is ok to stay for a short period, but nothing special.

Convenient to train station and walking close to all of Rome, and metro very close as well. Wifi was good, air was optional but I was okay without. I felt safe in the area. I would stay here again.

Mariet was a very gracious & friendly host. A traditional Italian breakfast served daily (coffee, fruit juice & sweet croissant was a lovely touch. Location was fantastic (only 100m from the Roma Termini Station). The area was very lively with several trattorias, cafe ripe for our picking. The only couple of 'downers' were the fact that air conditioning was listed however no mention anywhere that it would be at an additional cost and we could not use toilet paper and flush. We had to put all used toilet paper in the bin. Although Mariet cleaned the room daily & emptied all bins, this is something we are not used to. Had we known this & coupled with being told air conditioning was an additional cost we would not have chosen to stay. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air which made for disrupted sleep given the area was so busy (sirens, garbage trucks, street sweepers etc).

Mariet's place is literally steps from the central Termini station. It is conveniently located and walkable to other landmarks in Rome as well. The room was simple yet comfortable. I had everything I needed for a great stay. Although I didn't eat at any, there were multiple restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood to dine at. Thank you Mariet for a great stay. If you are looking for a place near the train station and within a fair walking distance to other areas, this would be a solid option.

We needed to take the train to the airport early the next day and Mariet was a great host who accommodated us at the last minute. The b&b is very close to the train station, just under 10 minutes walking.
