The Minster House used to be the place where servants from the bishop of Ghent lived. It is small historic house, but renewed and completely furnished. The place is at some 40 m from the Bishop's palace, which itself is adjacent to the St Bavo's Cathedral. This cannot be more in the middle of the historic center of Ghent. The street is pedestrian only and very quit. The house is close to restaurants and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is not supplied as standard.
The house is protected architectural heritage, dating from the late 17th century. It is lovingly restored with respect for the abundant historic elements.
