Our Ocean view condo is spacious with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and airy living room. The sliding glass doors slide into the lanai creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living overlooking the ocean and the spectacular sunset view. Only steps from the uncrowded Sugar Beach which gives you the feel of having your own private beach. The newly upgraded furnishings, fully loaded kitchen, large flat screen TV, DVD and much more amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare.
Note: Our two twin/single beds in the second bedroom can be made into a King Size bed upon request.
Wailana Kai only has ten units so the complex is intimate, relaxing, friendly and most of all it is only 15 mins from airport. This upstairs corner unit has windows on 3 sides which provides great ventilation and cross breezes that keeps the condo cool naturally. And there are air conditioners and fans too in every room!

At 5 miles long, Sugar Beach is Hawaii State’s longest beach and is ideal for long walks, sunning, swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, canoeing and relaxing. Wailana Kai only has ten units so the complex is intimate, relaxing and friendly.
A short distance away is the Kihei nightlife and town center complete with shops, gift boutiques, clothing and grocery stores. You’ll find upscale and casual restaurants that will suit any taste. There are also open air Craft Fairs for those souvenirs and Famer’s Markets so you can get fresh local produce daily if you like. You’ll find all you need during your vacation just down the road.This condo is perfectly situated to launch you in any direction for your Maui adventure.

1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. H.A.T (Hawaiian Aleutian Time) AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. H.A.T. NO Early Check-ins.
2.This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is permitted on Lanai
3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions; unless they are service animals with papers
4.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. (URL HIDDEN) DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required; $500 for stays of 30 days or longer. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (48 Hours) provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen counter and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex.
1- PAYMENT - All payments will be handled on-line by a secure pay account through Airbnb
2- CANCELLATIONS: Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees
a. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
b. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
c. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.
d. Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
e. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
f. Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
g. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
3. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to six (6) persons.

4. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
5. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
6. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
7. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
9. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10. PARKING: Park in designated space for #201 Guest(s) parking spaces are on a first come first serve bases shared with the building.
11. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
This property is privately owned and management will not be responsible for accident or injury or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Owners, management, it’s employees and agents are released from any liability by you and held harmless for any damages or injury suffered by the tenant, guest of tenant, or person(s) or other damages or claims by any party that arises as a result of this tenancy on the premises due to tenant’s negligence.
