My place is close to Fitzroy St and all StKilda has to offer, our unit is a sixties brick veneer style located at the rear of the block. You’ll love our accommodation because of the neighbourhood, the comfy bed, the cosiness, and the kitchen and facilities within the apartment. My apartment is good for couples and business travellers.

climate start the Aircon on 22 Degrees if not you could freeze the condenser,
which results in the condenser having to de ice itself which can take up to an
hour.

• 1 minute walk to supermarket & pharmacy
• Airport Bus Shuttle which drops you only 5 minutes from our door.
•Resident Parking Permit is provided it must be returned to the unit if it is lost
or misplaced we will charge a $250 replacement fee.

Guest access

Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double size beds in each bedroom, bathroom facilities, and wireless internet. The apartment has built in wardrobes to each room with storage shelves and hanging space for clothing. Fresh towels and linen are of course provided and are included in the price. Guests have access to a front loading washing machine and clothes horse to use indoors, an iron and ironing board. There is street parking out front and the streets surrounding the apartment though please check the signs as there are restrictions most times. A resident parking permit is attached to the side of the refrigerator for guest use please return when departing.

Interaction with guests

Once we give you the keys the apartment is all yours to enjoy. We are only ever a phone call away if you ever need us during your stay and live nearby should you need us.

* Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance.
* Person(s) booking our space must be the person staying or visiting unless otherwise arranged.
*Smoking on the entrance alcove only
*Dishes to be washed, cleaned, put away by guest.
*No candles or tea lights
*No parties - there is plenty of action to follow in Fitzroy & Acland Street
* Apartment door, balcony doors, and windows, must be locked when not at the apartment.
* Lights, bathroom fan, and airconditioner to be turned off before leaving the apartment.
* In winter when starting the aircon please set the temparture to 22 degress
and allow the unit to warm up, the condensor can ice up in winter months
which means the unit has to defrost itself which can take up to an hour.
* If you wear make-up, please DO NOT remove it with the white towels, face washers are provided.
All in all please treat the apartment as if it were your own.

The apartment was well-appointed with thoughtfully included transport cards. We did find it a little noisy but this was the payoff for its location in a busy and holiday-maker suburb. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and the proximity to the Airport Skybus is a big plus.

Barry and Susan's place is just great! The apartment is located just in front of a tram stop, and takes you 20 mins by tram into the city. Lots of eateries along Fitzroy Street. The apartment is very homey. We loved coming back to it every evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had used the gas stove top and oven. Barry and Susan had also stocked up the kitchen cupboards with breakfast essentials - milk, juice, cereals, jam, bread, porridge, and this was a bonus. The apartment also has an Apple TV, which provides us lots of entertainment. There were 4 of us staying inthis apartment, 2 adults and 2 kids, which was just the right size. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay here.

A wonderful place to stay in Melbourne. It's close to everything: city, tourist spots, supermarket, and public transportation. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. Will stay here if I visit Melbourne again. :)
