- This is a very special and unique property - much of the work of the artist who originally built the castle is still in place and so, while children are welcome, we do ask that guests respect the building. As a village centre location you must also be conscious of our neighbours.

Very Nice trip in Kinvarra

The house is a beautiful and comfy place in Kinvara. We did enjoy the nearby pubs, drove to the cliffs of moher and enjoyed a hike through the burren. Eventhough we arrived in the middle of the night, check-in was no problem and David made sure we had everything we need. Thanks again!

Contact with David before arriving was very good. We didn´t meet him, but he texted to find out if we were ok with the house. We were welcomed by Fiona, a neighbour who takes care of the house, and her daughter Lilly. The house itself is really big , and especially one of the bedrooms is so splendid! So is the living room and hall. The kitchen is big, with a dining table . We had everything we needed. Kinvarra is a lovely little village with a harbour, a supermarket and lots of pubs. Nice places to eat out are there, too. There was always live music in the evening somewhere. Kinvarra is close to the burren and Galway. The Cliffs of Moher are nice for a day trip, but really touristic... We had a lovely stay and would recommend Davids house!

We had a wonderful stay in Kinvara. David's house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and nice and warm. Fiona and Lily looked after us very well and were very helpful if needed. The house is in a great situation just on the edge of village and conventional for visiting the Burren, Galway and connemara. No Wi-Fi though so maybe that might be an idea for the future. Thanks again David
