My place is close to Blue Ridge Parkway. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the ambiance, it is a tiny house. My place is good for couples and furry friends (pets).

The property has 2-4 tiny houses on it at any given time. This one has a king bed and a working kitchen and toilet. Still have to go to the main house for a shower ... I'll get the tile done eventually. I've traveled with Tiny1 for over three months on the road. Your turn to visit!

This was a fantastic first-time stay in a tiny home! Everything was perfect inside and out. The mattress and pillows are ah-mazing, we slept like little babies both nights. Drew was very accommodating and even checked on us throughout the stay. Could not have asked for a better host.

This is a really cool idea, but needs some work to be worth what you pay for it. There are no curtains on any of the windows (we had to hang jackets and clothes up so we could change without being seen), no door or curtain separating the bathroom from the unit and no light in the bathroom, and almost all of the outlets were exposed. It clearly wasn't a "finished" unit (exposed insulation and outlets, various tools in the cupboards and drawers that were out of place) and I didn't think that was made very clear in the description except for the note about the shower being in the main house. The bed was also not made when we got there, so be prepared to make the loft bed yourself when you check in. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, but if you moved too much you could feel the whole unit shake since its a bit top heavy. Overall, if this had been $20 cheaper a night I wouldn't be as disappointed.

My friend and I had a great time at the tiny house. My friend and I enjoyed staying there much more than staying in some hotel in the city.

We loved staying at Tiny1! Super close to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It had everything we needed, and was surrounded by beautiful mountains! Thanks again!

Loved the tiny house! This is the first time that my husband and I ever rented a tiny house and I love the idea however the whole time we were there someone was working on the tiny house right next to us and I wasn't aware that they were so close. There were no blinds on the windows so we had to be careful when we changed clothes. The house was great but not quite finished. There were just a few spots that could have been better before someone stayed in it. However like I said this is the first time we have ever rented a tiny house so it was a good experience!

I travel for dancing. And between dances I train small business on inventory management and accounting. I'm building my tiny house and trying to find a place to *permanently* park it. I've made a couple fun trips to the Northeast with the house in the prototype stage. Completions expected spring of 2016.
