The space

Luxury, spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with balcony and stunning view of the Manhattan skyline.

Located in West Hoboken (officially Union City) on the nicest street in the region (dead-end) with a view of Manhattan from the World Financial Center to Central Park.

Transportation into Manhattan is fast and easy. Corner bus takes 10-20 minutes to Times Square. Other options include the New Jersey PATH train and the New York Waterways Ferry.
It's a 2 mile drive into Manhattan (one mile "as the crow flies").

Master bedroom has a queen size bed (Tempurpedic-style). One bedroom has single bed. One bedroom has a two twins or a king, (depending on need). We have an enormous L-shaped sofa which is great for lazing & watching TV.

For people with small children, we have a Graco playpen/bed, toys, DVD's, etc. Loads of games for older kids too.

Beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, including gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There's a giant shower in master bathroom and a jacuzzi in the second bathroom. We have central heat and air conditioning.

There's a great park 2 blocks away and little convenience stores also 2 blocks away. Hoboken is directly below with a convenient elevator to take you down. There's an enormous ShopRite (grocery store) there.

We have cable TV and wireless internet.

Sleeps 4-5 comfortably.

Very relaxing place after a long day in the city.
I will stock fridge (wine, beer, milk, juice, water, eggs...) and leave coffee, tea, snacks, bread, cheese....

Guest access

Entire home - WiFi, TV, coffee maker, blender, laundry...all the kitchen amenities...fresh sheets, towels, etc. Fire alarm, sprinklers....

Other things to note

Great neighborhood.

We have a fire alarm/sprinkler which goes off easily if there's a hint of smoke, so use the fan if you use the over of cook with anything smoky. If it goes off, I open the balcony door and front door until it stops.

Walking distance to corner store and to massive grocery store.

Canadian mom and daughter, moved to the Hoboken area from Greenwich Village in New York City.

We enjoy being so close to the city but out of the hustle and bustle, with lots of space and quiet, an astonishing view and a dead-end street.

We travel to the Toronto area often, and during the summer, spend time at the beach (Jersey Shore, Long Island and Rhode Island). Our good friends live in TriBeCa, so we are there often. We drive or take the PATH train into the city.

I work in advertising and social media. To get into the city, I take the bus into Port Authority - Times Square in the morning (the bus takes about 15 minutes). I can also take the Light Rail and PATH train or the ferry.

My daughter attended a Spanish immersion school and speaks and writes Spanish.

We have a cat (Mitzy) who would not be here while you stay. I have a Dyson vacuum and am a fastidious cleaner so all traces of Mitzy will be gone for your stay.

We have done two Home Exchanges (Barcelona and Phoenix) and, each time our guests have had a wonderful experience here. We've rented an Airbnb in Paris (right by the Louvre) and Cape May (New Jersey).
