Interaction with guests
We both work downtown and are available via text, phone call and email throughout the day. We are also home most evenings and can answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the area.
Other things to note
When you arrive, please let us welcome you with a small snack and cold beer from a local brewery. The ceilings are 6'5", however, there is some piping that runs the length of the apartment at approximately 6'2", so if you are tall, it may not be an ideal space for you.

Thanks for checking out our space!
My partner Nathan and I moved to the Junction Triangle in 2015 and love the area. There are a ton of great restaurants, cafes and craft breweries to check out. Not to mention great parks and access to transit.
We love to travel and explore cities like locals do. We are both friendly and have lots of advice about Toronto to help you do the same.
We're happy to answer any questions you may have about our downstairs apartment. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
