Lovely little apartment in a great location for accessing the main termini station via tram or bus and also lots of affordable eating places. Super helpful hosts who were friendly and had lots of good recommendations for local activities.

Enza and Nina are terrific hosts! Very accommodating, communicative and welcoming. Enza was kind enough to wait for me since I had a late night arrival. She kindly walked me through everything I needed to know about the space and had a few sheets of recommendations. Everything from food, what map apps to use, to what to see while in Rome. She also provided me with great information about other cities that I’ll be visiting in Italy. I can’t recommend this place enough. :) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I can’t wait to return!

Really nice space, with a fantastic rooftop balcony where you can have a beer in the evening. The hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide useful information, and were super friendly and helpful. We found the area really interesting. Excellent place to base yourself!

Very cool and clean space. A bit far from the city but lots of transit options nearby. Wasn't able to meet the hosts in person, but met one of their friends who was able to help me check-in and gave me some tips. There were a lot of stairs (including a spiral staircase) which was a pain with a large suitcase, but definitely not a deal breaker. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Clean, functional, quiet space that I found a good size for solo use. For visiting standard Rome sights, apartment location is more of a spot to leave in morning and come back at night due to required transit connections, distance, etc. For the nice neighborhood of Pigneto, it is more than a 20 minute walk there or a quick direct tram ride. Tram (1.50EUR) comes often which is nice. Note that the tram is not in the middle of Termini but at the far, far south which is a fair walking distance to Termini trains or Metro if traveling heavy or in a rush. 409 bus (can be packed at rush hour) to Tiburtina Station (where you can get a train to the airport) and metro station, stops in a very convenient location. This location excels if you want to discover and base yourself in a non-touristy neighborhood. Internet worked well for my laptop, very finicky with my cell phone. Bed was very comfortable. There are also some great restaurants in the area, such as the suggested Osteria Bonelli (I went for lunch and had no issues getting in without reservation but also used my reasonably good knowledge of Italian food vocabulary since this is totally not on the tourist path - only 10 min walk from the apartment) and Beliveat Pigneto (chef-owner has great English so ordering was very simple and he does very nice dishes which he puts his heart into which was very cool). 24/7 Carrefour supermarket within walking distance but without kitchen/refrigerator that might not mean as much (although I found it handy). Overall a nice quiet spot with minimal amenities in a non-touristy, authentic neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay at Enza & Nina's place very much! The location is not in the city center, but very close to convenient public transportation. The apartment is very clean, well designed, and very quiet even though it is in a nice, lively neighborhood. It is perfect for a single or couple visiting Rome for more than a few days that wants to experience more than just the tourist attractions of Rome and have more of a local living experience in the neighborhoods of Rome. The hosts were so lovely to meet! They were very patient to wait and greet me after some traveling delays. They were very helpful with directions and great places to experience close by. If I had any problems, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, very nice and helpful!
