Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Interaction with guests
If you need anything at all when you're with us you only need to ask. I am happy to assist where ever I can. There isn't a washing machine in the holiday accommodation however, I am happy to let you use the one in the main house at no cost.
Other things to note
The farm is set on the Exe Estuary trail which is ideally located 10 mins from Exmouth Beach where you can either enjoy the many water sports on offer or just relax in the sun. The village of Lympstone is only 2km along the trail and has several wonderful friendly pubs that serve great food and real ales. Exmouth has many fantastic restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful local seafood, my favorite is Les Saveurs (booking always required) The Anchor Inn at Cockwood is renowned for it's seafood so if you fancy doing something a little different why not catch the river ferry from Exmouth quay across the estuary to Cockwood. Don't forget to book your return!
Hi I 'm Kate
I am at my happiest when I'm being creative. I love working with new fabrics producing lovely quilts and cushions.
I enjoy living on the farm, being able to walk out of the house straight into the countryside.
Now we have moved close to the sea here at Exmouth I am keen to learn to stand-up paddle-board and explore the Jurassic Coasts from the sea.
