I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! Such a good location, central to Napoli, Pompei, Sorrento and all the places I wanted to visit. The kitchen is great, such a relief being able to cook and save some money as a backpacker! The staff are very helpful with making recommendations and assisting with public transport option. The bathrooms were unisex but everyone was respectful towards each other. And if you're a dog lover, you'll adore the 2 dogs at the hostel!

its a great place to stay if you are planning to visit ercolana and pompei..these places are very close and you can get to those places in minutes by train.but the hostel is little bit far away(like 1 km) from train station if you are planning to go there by walk. you can get the bus from station to hostel but we didnt find any as we went there at night, so we had to walk. but overall experience is good. its a very good place for friends to stay together.

Lovely place, lovely staff who were very welcoming. The hostel is nicely furnished, the roof terrace is a bonus with a really nice view! Train station is an easy walk, Pompeii is about 15 minutes by train and Napoli Central again is about 15 minutes. The dog and cute cats are a bonus if you are a pet person too! Highly recommend this accommodation, they even do airport transfers which makes travelling that little bit easier :)

Wonderful place to stay, if you are somewhere near Naples. We arrived a bit late at night, but it was no problem. Rooms were clear and cozy. Whole hostel is filled up with positive energy. We also drank best drink ever there and we even got free snack at arrival!

A colourful and fun hostel at the foot of Vesuvius, just near plenty of beach spots and conveniently equidistant from both Naples and Pompeii, and right on the bus stop to get there.

Eco Hostel Floreale User Profile

ECO-HOSTEL FLOREALE IS BORN FROM THE ALLIANCE OF SUN & MEDITERRANEAN, AT THE TRUE HEART OF THE GULF OF NAPLES, ON THE SLOPES OF THE NATIONAL PARK OF THE VESUVIUS AND OVERLOOKING THE IMMENSE BEAUTY OF CAPRI ISLAND.Cristiano (Neapolitan) and Chantal (Barcelonian) invite you to experience the magic of this still-so-little-known land, reinventing the spaces of a once-upon-a-time elementary school, expressing themselves through recycling - as life philosophy, as counter-current to consumerism, on a mission to preserve our beautiful and fragile planet.
“Napule è mille culure, … (Naples is a myriad of colours)”
— Pino Daniele
The fruit of this young couple's dreams, from the experience of their travels, the joy of colours, of the imagination in their creations, takes shape the Eco-Hostel Floreale under an ancient fuchsia bougainvillea of Herculaneum. A place to find the essence of Southern hospitality, our eco-resort comes with all comforts, free rental of bikes and kayaks, guided hiking at request on the volcano and the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, and so much more. A hostel where animals are loved and welcome. Where one can take a yoga course, learn capoeira, visit a contemporary art exhibition or participate in a number of engaging events. An information and communication centre for travellers, and much more still. A hostel that goes beyond being just a hostel.
“Travelling and communicating with other fellow travellers is what we love most and we want to share this with you, so you can experience the richness that Naples is. ”
