The home has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are masters, (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds), with every bedroom having a TV and DVD or VCR, 5 bathrooms, sofa sleeper, ceiling fans and internet access. Enjoy the fully screened lanai and patio with swimming pool and spa whilst gazing at the spectacular view of the lake.

Windsor Hills is a unique community that your family will enjoy time and time again. Some of the magnificent features of this 24-hour guard-gated community include a luxurious lagoon-style pool with fountains, waterslides and a Jacuzzi, children’s water play area, lighted tennis and basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, putting and chipping green, as well as 2 children’s adventure playgrounds that will make their imaginations run wild! Play outdoor ping pong next to the amazing resort pool, or take the Windsor Hills shuttle (local charges apply) to one of the many theme parks, or play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses – Mystic Dunes Golf Course is right next door! RV and boat parking is also available for guests. Perhaps the most impressive feature is the location – just 2.5 miles from Walt Disney World Main Gate.

Property Protection Premium: We offer a non-refundable Property Protection Premium of $69.00 (inclusive of tax) per property per booking which is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, payment of this fee ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,500 maximum). I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damage sustained to the property or its contents, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) should be charged to my credit card as detailed below. I also understand that all IPG Homes are non-smoking, self catering units that do not allow any kind of pets unless the property description clearly states, “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400.00 (plus tax) per pet would apply. Smoking in the
property will incur a fee of $400.
Maximum Occupancy: I undertake to ensure that the maximum occupancy of the property (2 per bedroom plus 2 if the property has a sofa bed) is not exceeded at any time and understand that failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.
Check Out: I, and the rest of my party, will be checking out of the villa by 10 am on the day of departure stated above except where a late check out is available and has been approved the day before departure by calling the office. I understand that if a late check out has not been approved and paid for as stated, I will incur a minimum charge of one nights accommodation at the prevailing rack rate. I understand that if the key(s)/garage remote issued is/are not returned to IPG on the day of departure, I will be charged $60 per key and/or $50.00 per remote.
Swimming Facilities: I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 21 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
