With a huge patio overlooking glorious views. You can definitely relax here!
Open plan lounge, kitchenette, 1x queen size bedroom (beautiful linens) & bathroom/laundry. Ideally suits couple (Queen Bed) & sofa Queen bed & 2x kid’s squab beds.
Shared driveway with main house, own access to unit, separated from main owner’s house by garage. Private outlook & deck as shown in photos.

Kitchenette is spacious & well equipped with fridge, microwave, benchtop grill/oven, 2 electric stove hobs, electric frypan. Weber Baby Q on deck area.
