Living in the tree tops. Looking out into the garden, it feels like you are staying in a private oasis. Enjoy the expansive garden, large pool, or we are close to beautiful Mornington Peninsula beaches, winery's, restaurants & shops. You’ll love the feeling of space, with an open plan layout & multiple living spaces. The bedrooms include 2 with double beds and 2 with loft beds + 2 optional mattresses for each single bed rooms. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and there is Netflix on the 3 TVs.
Situated on a large, spacious block that goes down to a small creek. This home has been beautifully renovated, with 4 bedrooms it is ideal for one or two families. There is a lovely in-ground pool that is solar heated. There is a large deck outdoor plus a BBQ and fire-pit making it ideal for outdoor entertaining. With an expansive lawn it is fantastic for the kids to run around will ensure that they are not under your feet so you can relax in peace.

In a great location that is conveniently located to Mt Eliza Village shops, the beach and everything else the Mornington Peninsula offers. We are certain this will tick a lot of the boxes.
Guest will have access to most areas within the home including use of the swimming pool. There will be an indoor and outdoor room that is locked and the garage will not be available. There is still adequate space for car parking off the street with a circular driveway.
Interaction with guests
We will not be present during guests stay. We are contactable at all times on phone or email.
Other things to note
Under no circumstances is there to be any glass or bottles taken into the pool area please. If glass is broken in this area or in the pool it is an extremely costly process to drain and refill the pool to remove the broken glass. Plastic cups are provided should there be a need to take drink or food into this area.
It is our aim for you to have a magical time in our home and to ensure this is the case there a few things you should be familiar with.
- The 2 single beds are loft beds, therefore must consider sleeping arrangements suitability for small children.
Please double check all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the house. Please be sure to double check this as the insurance company will not cover loss, damage or theft to your property or ours if the property is left unsecured.
When you vacate the property please ensure you leave 1 key on the bench and 1 key in the lock box located on the side of the garage. To do this place the key inside the box close the lid and scramble the code. If a key is lost or stolen due to lack of care then a locksmith will have to be called at the expense of the guest.
Cleaning / Housekeeping
The $100 cleaning charge covers the cost of laundering the bed linen and bath towels so that each guest enjoys a clean comfortable environment. However this charge does not cover full cleaning services so please once you stay is over wash and put away the dishes, wipe down all surfaces and leave the house clean and tidy ready for the next guest. Ultimately please leave the property in a manor you would expect to find it so the next guest can enjoy it as we hope you have.
When you check out please leave any beds you have slept in unmade and used towels in the bath or shower.
Please place any rubbish you may have accumulated in the bins outside. Please ensure the recycled materials go in the correct bin as the council are quite strict about this. If you are staying in the property on a Thursday could you please place these bins at the kerbside as the council collect on the Friday morning.
If you use the BBQ please ensure you wipe it down after use and turn off the gas as there is nothing worse than a guest turning up and finding a dirty BBQ.
If the property is left filthy after your departure an additional cleaning charge of $100 may be incurred from your security deposit.
We understand breakages and accidents happen however to ensure the next guest's holiday is not spoilt please let us know as soon as possible so we can find a replacement / repair before the next guest checks in.
There is a wood fire place to provide a romantic warmth on chilly nights. (Wood and kindling is sold at the local petrol station and isn't provided.)
If using the fireplace please note the following:
- The fire must never be left unattended
- The grill must always be in place
- The fire must be completely out before people go to bed

No smoking inside the property please. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts safely in the outside rubbish bin at the end of your stay.
If you are entertaining (maximum 8 guests due to insurance) please be mindful of the neighbours and keep the noise down past 11pm as some of them are elderly and if they feel the noise is unreasonable they will contact us and we will have to send our security company to investigate at your expense.
Pets are not welcome as we do not have front or back fences so there is no restraint for your pets.
