My flat is a real 2-rooms (i.e. one of them is a bedroom) flat with a semi-separate kitchen (the door to the corridor was removed). It is situated within 10 min by bus from L'Opera Garnier (6 bus stops 15 min), HQ BNP and Societe Generale (10 min bus + 5 min metro) and 10 min walk from parc Monceau. You will love my place for much light, high ceilings and its being so quiet (the building is on two sides in the yards, and so practically soundproof).
My flat is in a neghbourhood of 1930s, many are yellow brickhouses, like mine. It is a non-touristic area, family friendly, at the hip Batignolles with many bars, wine places and family owned French, Thai, Italian, Indian restaurants.
I have 2 rooms, and the overall sufrace is 35 sqm. This ia Parisian standard for middle-class singles and couples with no children. The flat is very quiet even though on the map you will see rails close by. This is because its in the rear buidling. Nights you can leep with windows open. There is no elevator so you must be a bit fit to walk up on the 6th floor!
Theres is a living room and the bedroom. Both with doors. There are on the 2 ends of the long corridor. Along the corridor, there is an entrance, a kitchen and a bathroom.
My bedroom is oriental, with parquette, dark wood, oriental glass lamps, high ceilings and high windows with shatters, and a queen-size, relatively low bed with a Tempur matress and a Tempur pillow. There are also 2 big pillows (80x80x30) and a small pillow (40x40cm) in the living room. You can use the commode with drawers and the clothes rail.
My white and black living rooms has a table (to eat outside the kitchen or to work), wifi, a 32 inches TV, a Stereo, 2 chairs, a printer and a deckchair with a small round side-table. Here you can also place an inflatable guest matress of 120cm if you want to sleep apart, for instance.
In the kitchen, you will find a tea boiler, espresso pot, fridge, 4 plates ceramic cooking top and a wall board of 1 m for your breakfast. And of course all possible kitchen utensils and spices. Frying pan for steaks, frying pan for omelletes and e small crepe pan are available, too.
In the bathroom there is a toillet, a shower and a DAEWOO washing machine. You will have space for your toiltries on the shelf above the washing machine and above the toilet. there is window in the bathroom.
You will see the sky from any window, its a big exception in Paris as many flats below the 5the floor are dark facing a wall.
The heating is electrical and individually adjustable.
The flat was fully refurbished in 2012.
Interaction with guests
I rent out this place very seldom. So you will practically be living in an touristically unused home. I appreciate you treating my staff well. I will also ask you for a deposit.
Make sure you asked all the questions before, so that you'll be happy in my place. We can also make a virtual tour via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). In case of questions during your stay you can anytime call me.
I am Ekaterina. I am Procurement Manager, and since 2016 I have been working as Interim Manager for large companies who need people at short notice and for a limited period of time. This bring a lot of unplanned travel with it. This is why I welcome you to stay in my lovely Parisian flat when I am not there. Pas de souci, je parle aussi francais. Und Deutsch natürlich auch.
