My place is close to family-friendly activities. Situated on a quiet road, Shag Point is 10 mins south of Moeraki and 45 mins north of Dunedin. The house is positioned 20 metres above the sea with water access. The access is down a path that can be challenging, but worthwhile for exploring the rocks. Orcas and dolphins have been viewed from the decks. Seals and penguins are at the end of the road. My place is good for couples, and small families Ideally suited for four adults.

I don’t know how to deal with the spider webs and moths. When I left the house a couple of days before it was spider free and not a moth in sight. It seems to be a problem in that location. I don’t want to spray.

The most amazing location with an abundance of luxuries and secret hideaways all looking over the gorgeous ocean. You literally can take a bath whilst watching seals catch fish! This is the best hidden gem and a perfect getaway for anyone . Highly recommend
