Recently renovated and delightfully furnished, it is all set up for a lovely relaxing stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, light and spacious, and all the comforts of home.
The Apartment has absolute privacy, nestled in an ideal north facing position on a quiet residential street. It is perfectly located 2 minutes from Subiaco train station and 10 minutes from Perth City
Beautifully presented, light and modern apartment with all you could wish for your stay whilst enjoying Perth and surrounds. Our aim is to make our guests feel as comfortable and at home as we possibly can.
Enjoy the comforts of a spacious open plan, with lots of natural light, high end glass/leather furniture and tastefully selected artworks to make you feel right at home. The queen size bedroom is a good size with full height built-in robes and opens out to a balcony with lovely flora outlook that also joins the living area. Relax in the spacious living room, with air-conditioning and large flat-screen TV.
Generous oversized marble bathroom which features twin vanity, shower recess, deep bath & toilet and plush luxurious towels.
Separate internal laundry facilities are within the apartment plus there is a secure car bay below on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater, even a Nespresso machine! Or, take advantage of all the wonderful cafe's and restaurants right on your doorstep.
We aim to provide everything you may need to make the apartment your home away from home. Security features include gated ground level parking, and buzzer access up to the apartment.
Interaction with guests
We respect your privacy, but remain available for support for the duration of your stay. We are happy to meet you on arrival or there is also the option to self check in. We also provide a guide book about the apartment and Subiaco area.
Other things to note
We are happy to provision the apartment for your stay if you would like us to arrange anything, especially for guests arriving late at night.
This is a quiet residential Street, and we ask our guests to be very respectful of this. Quiet time after 10pm please.
•Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
•Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc.
•At any one time a maximum of 2 people are permitted to use the Property as overnight accommodation.
•Smoking is not permitted in the Property at any time, however ashtrays are provided for people who wish to smoke on the balcony.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable.
