It was exactly as described - words could not do justice to the balcony! And the tiny room suited us just fine. One word of advice - do not overload the lift! If three of you get in along with bags you may we'll find yourself unable to open the door. We were Lucky to get out after ten minutes, could have been much more.

Well it helps sometimes if someone is "overloaded" from too much food like myself! :-) Hahah for sure, don't overload the elevator! Thank you so much for your kind words!

Convenient, budget location for independent travelers who want to spend the day in central Athens.

Super centrally located, but extremely small. We were already a bit crammed with two people. Unfortunately, there were ants in the kitchen which got into our luggage. Moreover, there were some problems with the toilet flush. However, the bed was perfect and the terrace and view just stunning (even though one should not be sensitive to music from the bars downstairs). Moreover, and very importantly, the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Response from Pavlos:
Τhank you so much for your feedback Alexandra! As the balcony is so big and there are many plants outside, if you leave anything edible outside of the fridge, it is unavoidable that ants will pay you a visit! :-) Moreover, the heatwave of 45 Celsius, helped the little ants on their plans! Thank you for mentioning! We already saw it and proceeded with deworming! We are very glad that the aircon worked great because the heat was unbearable! Indeed the bed is amazing: the Coco-Mat mattress guarantees a great sleep!

Safe and lively neighborhood; extremely convenient to public transport; extremely walkable to museums and sights in many directions. And an amazing view and spacious balcony. Be aware that the non-balcony space really is small and the kitchen is just big enough to make a tea. But if you're out all day enjoying the city and want a well-located apartment with a superlative balcony - this is for you.

Loved my stay here at pavlos loft. It is small, make no mistake, but works for one person or a light traveling couple. The patio really is as big as it looks, almost three times the size of the flat. And since that's where you should be spending most of your time, the flat never felt cramped. Sweeping views of southern Athens all the way down to the sea on a clear day. The flat is clean and the wifi is strong. Pavlos friend met me at the building after my flight in and did a great job explaining everything. The neighborhood is very posh (read: clean, safe). It's like the Beverly Hills of Athens with tree lined streets, clothing shops and outdoor cafes lining each block. Athens highest peak is a short walk behind the flat. A short walk to downtown or some of the more interesting neighborhoods north of the hill. A metro shop, pharmacies and grocery stores all within the neighborhood. Doesn't feel touristy but rather very international, with a lot of embassies and diplomats stationed nearby.

Love to meet new people and show them around my city. Have travelled myself to other places and have kept relationships solid for many years. Athens is my home city, a lovely place mixed with ancient ruins, classic architecture and modern buildings.

As a host I am available to help you out explore the City of Athens and its surrounding areas. I know a lot of places that I can tell you how to get there and secret spots that only the locals know. Also I am a lover of great food and Athens is a great place to experience both the famous local recipes and various other international cuisines. I love to be discreet and will only show up if my guests feel like being social. If not I will let you enjoy your stay and will try my best to stay out of view.

5 things I can't live without are: holidays, great food, a good glass of wine, a nice walk around Athens and technology (which is also what I do for a living).
