This property truly provides you a place to vacation, not just to stay.
Whether you are escaping to the mountains to get away from it all or want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer, this property’s location allows you to set the tone for your trip. Situated in the heart of the Steamboat mountain village, this property is only a quick bus ride from the base of the mountains and downtown. With the free city bus stop located right in front of the complex (which runs every 20 minutes during ski season), you can skip the pain of parking and enjoy the convenience of the bus - you’ll never be rushed or have far to carry your ski gear or shopping bags, and can always have that extra craft beer that Colorado is known for. So go ahead and leave your car parked in the heated, one car attached garage and forget about the hassle of transportation so that you can truly delight in the city of Steamboat!
The main living area has an open layout and is a natural gathering place. The newly updated kitchen meets even the pickiest of chef’s standards with all new appliances, a cupboard full of basic spices and all the necessary kitchen gadgets to cook a big, celebratory dinner; which you can serve at the dinning room table that seats 6. If you’d rather enjoy the fresh mountain air as a you cook, grab a seat in one of the adirondack chairs located on the back porch and fire up the gas grill! While dinner cooks you can keep an eye on the kids while they work up an appetite running around the large field and playing on the playground located right out back. With a full belly and a warm heart, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the couch (which is a Queen pull out) or the oversized chair to read a book, chat, or to watch a movie on the large, flat screen smart TV with added sound system.
Watch the sun rise over the mountains as you wake up in the master suite, located on the upper level, feeling well rested and ready for an adventure! Don’t feel like getting out of bed right away? On vacation, you don’t have to! A new, plush Queen mattress will keep you comfortable as you lay in bed and watch TV on the mounted flat screen. With a full private bath, you can enjoy an extra long shower and get ready for the day at your own pace.
On the ground floor you’ll find a second Queen bed with a sherpa lined comforter that is sure to keep you warm on cold nights; and a bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for the kids. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share the other full bath. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom allow for access to your downstairs patio. Right outside the bedrooms is another small living space, complete with a flat screen TV, a gaming system to be installed in November 2016, and a smaller pull out sofa, providing an additional sleeping space.
This townhouse provides all the comforts of home and then some, allowing you to make the most of your vacation with as few worries as possible. Equipped with key code entry, you’ll never have to worry about losing the key to the house or keeping track of who has a key. Ski and snowboard racks and a boot dryer in the garage allow you to safely store your gear and prepare for an epic day on the slopes! With a washer and dryer located on the ground floor, you can pack a little lighter and won’t have to pack dirty clothes.

No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the house are allowed on or in the rental property at any time unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.

* The number of adults and children staying at the rental must be listed below. If the number of the guests in your group changes, this must be communicated in writing to (URL HIDDEN) Additional guests beyond those identified at the time of booking are not permitted and will result in an additional fee of $100 per person/per night. (URL HIDDEN) does not verbally confirm additional guests. Additional guests must be approved by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.
* Guest`s reservation is accepted for one family or group of individuals for this accommodation only and, unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) will not be used in combination with other accommodations.
* Quiet hours are from 8pm until 8am. Guest`s use of the rental is subject to local noise ordinances, therefore loud amplified music is not allowed. Noise complaints are subject to local law enforcement intervention. Law enforcement intervention will be deemed by (URL HIDDEN) to be a breach of this Agreement and shall authorize termination of Guest occupancy of the rental.

* The rental shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. * Guest may not sublet the unit or assign this Agreement.

* Guest may cook only in areas specifically designated for cooking in the unit.

* Guest must immediately notify (URL HIDDEN) of any fire or other damage or injury to the rental or any person on the rental property.
* Guest shall be liable for all acts of his family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited or allowed onto the rental property by Guest.

* Guest shall be responsible to return all keys and gate or garage door openers upon departure. Lost keys or garage door openers will be charged to the Guest, usually $50 per room key and $50 per pool key.

* Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner and the Homeowners Association as provided to Guest upon check-in.
* Guest shall not bring any pets into the rental or onto the rental property.
* Guest understands that (URL HIDDEN) cannot and does not guarantee that adjacent properties will be free from disturbances or not be under construction, being repaired or maintained in any way, or that State construction projects will not be in progress around the rental unit. Construction on adjacent or nearby properties is not a valid reason for termination of this agreement nor is it a reason for the refund of any monies to Guest.

* Non Smoking Properties: Colorado is now a non smoking state. All condos are non-smoking inside and outside. You are only able to smoke at least 15 feet away from any door or window opening. If there is any evidence of smoking, you are responsible for all additional expenses for the restoration of the property.

* Lost or Stolen Items: (URL HIDDEN) is not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. Always lock all of the doors and windows when you leave the property (even if you are not on the ground floor).

Loved this townhouse! We came up to Steamboat for a tennis tournament for the location was perfect! Clean, open, lots of room & lots of extras that made the place homey. Would stay there again anytime!! Retreatia was fantastic about accommodating our late check out due to our late tennis matches.
