If convenient location is what you are looking for then you’ll love my place because I live 1/2 mile to Palmer Square and Princeton University. I walk and ride my bike to town all the time. I am an empty-nester, both of my sons live in San Francisco, one in college the other working. Needless to say, I have two nice bedrooms and one full bathroom, collecting dust.

The space

The space is located on the second floor. I call this Room #2, which is the larger of the two rooms. It has a queen bed, huge flat screen TV, desk, ceiling fan, WiFi, heating blanket, heater (during winter) AC (during summer) and other standard room amenities. The full bathroom is located just outside of room across hallway. I have listed this bedroom with a shared bathroom, however, if the other room is unoccupied then you will have a private bathroom. Fresh linen, towels, wash cloths and toiletries provided.

Located outside the bedrooms in the hallway for shared use:

- Dorm size refrigerator stocked with water, soda and coffee creamer
- Microwave
- Keurig Coffee Brewer
- Plenty of Coffee K Cups and Tea
- Coffee fixings
- To-Go Cups
- Snacks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

iLyndove's place is great! The room was clean and very comfortable and iLyndove was a wonderful host, too. She was very easy to communicate with and she even gave us a ride to our new apartment at the end of the stay! An important aspect for us was the location. We were in walking distance to Princeton Campus and downtown (15 min) as well as to beautiful Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve (which is just on the other side of the road). We can highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Princeton.

The room is clean and quiet. Ilyndove is helpful and kind enough to let me use her bike. There are also plenty of free snacks available.

Easy check in, nice neighborhood, and about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and the university!

The room was great - clean, quiet and well-located. There were ample snacks and coffee, and the hosts were also kind enough to lend me a bike to explore town, which is a short ride away.

Ilyndove's home was a wonderful place to stay! Everything was so neat, clean, well decored. Really inspired us to buy a home of our own! Ilyndove was also a fantastic host - making sure that we had everything for a comfortable stay.

Ylindove's place is really nice. Very well located. She is a great host who takes care of every detail. Everything was implacable, very clean. The bed was one of the best we had never slept in... we would definitively come back

We came to Princeton to visit the college and this Airbnb was a short and easy drive from the campus. We really appreciated the fact that our daughter was offered to stay in the second room that was available free of charge, which was super generous of our host! Our daughter was much more comfortable than she would have been sharing our room, which is best for two. We loved that the beds could be warmed in advance and that there were plenty of kashi bars to snack on and even a couple of cold beers in the mini fridge. Everything was completely clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated the informative recommendations of where to eat in town. Overall we had a lovely visit to Princeton and are especially grateful for our hostess's generosity!

Response from Ilyndove:
Tanya, I really appreciate your kind thoughtful review, thank you. I try hard to anticipate guest's needs, and am very happy to hear the cold beer hit the spot. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't offer your daughter the available second room, it wasn't rented, no loss and you all got a good night's rest.
