Edinburgh is lucky to have 4G in most areas including the neighbourhood where our property is located so mobile devices are well served. We do not have a current TV license or TV in the property.
Guests have access to the whole property.
Interaction with guests
We will meet the guests when they arrive and show them round the property. We are happy to answer any questions about the property and location.
We live in Edinburgh so we are on hand to help if required.
The property would be cleaned with new sheets and towels on a weekly basis for lets that last longer than a week.
Other things to note
The property is located on the second floor of a traditional tenement building. Entrance is by a Main (dark grey) door with Number 30 on it. This entrance serves the 9 flats within the tenement. The property is in the old part of Edinburgh (Grassmarket area) and dates back to approx. 1895. The common entrance can appear fairly dark; this is the nature of Edinburgh's Tenement housing but there is lighting on all landings. Once inside the property the features of the old tenement style can be valued, the property has high ceilings and very spacious accommodation areas as seen in the photographs.
Due to the age of the property there is NO LIFT. It is therefore unlikely to be suitable for disabled guests.
We do not have a current TV license or TV in the property at present.
There is no unregulated parking in the vicinity.
We would expect guests to take care of our property and furnishings and to respect our neighbours, especially if returning late to the property.
There is no smoking allowed in the property or in the common stairway.
The property cannot accommodate pets.
