This is a wonderful original 19th century house. Nancy is a kind host and Main Street is a short walk away.

What a wonderful Airbnb experience! Nancy's home was so beautiful and clean. We felt so relaxed and Nancy was so accommodating. What a wonderful host! We wish her the best in her renovation of this 1895 Victorian house which is a historical landmark in Ventura! I absolutely love the Roses in the front and the trellis full of roses. Nancy made us feel so welcome little snacks in our room and also snacks and fruit in the central area where there's a Keurig that she also supplied the pods! Her home is lavish with beautiful Antiques and it is just a beautiful place to stay in Ventura! We will definitely be back and once again want to say thank you to Nancy for being so very kind and such an excellent Airbnb host! The Red Room we stayed in was so beautiful and thank you Nancy for the fan that was available and placed conveniently in the closet.

What a gem! Nancy is wonderful and so is her home. If you like a bed and breakfast type place, and the details of an old restored craftsman style home, then this is the place for you. I had a very comfortable stay. No need to worry about the shared bathroom. It is set up in such a manner that sharing is not intrusive. Perhaps only need to communicate with guests about shower times. Parking was easy and there was plenty of things to do within walking distance. I would recommend this place to others, and stay there again myself.

This lovely Victorian gem feels like a traditional "bed and breakfast!" The house has been lovingly fitted out for guests. The shared bathroom worked out fine, and Nancy provided many homey touches, like free water, snacks, and a light continental breakfast.

Nancy's place is unique - like nowhere else I have stayed. It has history and the location is very close to the beach and to Main Street, Ventura so you can walk to both. Nancy likes to keep her place spotless, which is nice for guests, so just know, you do have to remove shoes at the door. Nancy is pretty hands-off. You don't see her once you check in, which kind of gave my stay more privacy. I liked staying here.
