Agia Efimia is a picturesque seaside village, full of sailing boats in the summer and and in the middle between the two famous blue-flag beaches of Myrtos and Antisamos.

The space

On our seaside property (serviced by elevator and stairs), on the ground floor there is a cozy studio of 35 sq.m. with double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with washing machine and a front yard with view to the sea.

The property is situated in the heart of the Aghia Efimia village. Aghia Efimia is a small, picturesque village in the middle of the island and is a very good spot to start one day excursions to discover the beauties of the island or to relax at the famous Myrtos beach (10 min. drive) or at the magnificent Antisamos beach (15 min. drive). Super markets, cafeterias, tavernas, kiosk are on a distance off 100meters.

Guest access

Guests also have access on the next door open free parking space and to elevator serving the property with exit at the seaside main road.

Interaction with guests

On the third floor is my family to welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I am sure you will have a memorable holidays!

Perfect location in an incredible little town filled with exceptional, well priced restaurants. Lydia is fantastic and even offered to meet us for a drink multiple times, unfortunately we weren't able to find a mutual time. Perfect little deck with sea views and is basically across the road from the beach. Room was a bit musty and stove top didn't heat up properly for us to cook breakfast but other than that, great. Would stay here again.

Me and my partner had a wonderful 7 night break at Lydia's apartment. Host: Lydia was friendly and accommodating - she left us in no doubt that if we needed anything, it would be no trouble, even offering to hire us a car. (I ended up hiring with Greekstones of which I highly recommend - full insurance, no excess and no extra charge for 21-23 year old drivers) Apartment: Small but with the two of us spending little time in the apartment, we had no issues with the size. There was a desk with a chair, a good sized double bed, small dining table with chairs, kitchen area and shower room. The water pressure was good, the shower remains hot for two showers in a row. We never used the cooker/hob so couldn't comment. Location: After exploring the majority of the island, we concluded that Agia Efimia was honestly best location to stay in. There are 10-12 restaurants/cafes to eat in within a 5 minute walk with 2 modest supermarkets and gift shops. The port is large with boat hire and boat tours within a minute's walk. There is even a wonderful little pebble beach a 5-7 minute walk from the house with fish and crystal clear water. The town is small but with everything you need, allowing us to relax each evening before heading off again to explore the more bustling towns on the island.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Lydias apartment at Agia Effima. Apartment was clean and had everything needed for a week's stay. We was not old enough to hire a car but it is still very close for public transport. However was able to hire a quad which was great although without this we still found it a great place to be in itself and for venturing the island. Bakery, Supermarket shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Couple of little beaches and boat hire which was amazing as you could see 7 beaches only accessible by boat. All islands main attractions close by. Local food is incredible!Great stay!

The apartment is near the sea of Agia Efimia: from the door it is possible to see the port and the boats. Outside the apartment there is a little table in which it is possible to have a meal and see the sea. Inside the apartment is complete of every confort. It is very clean and the bed confortable. Lydia and her mother are so halpful and available for any request or help needed. Our holiday was great thanks to Lydia and her apartment.
