Lobby has a REDBOX dvd rental vending machine. (Condo unit has a DVD player)

The space

Sun filled bright and airy living room and bedroom with window walls (floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall). Very clean and uncluttered, simple space with upgraded kitchen, granite counters and a little Hawaiian island style decor.

Great views of ocean and city lights.

Balcony railing is at 45" high, 3 inches higher than required by the building code so it is safe despite what one review stated. Our bedroom window sill ledge however is low so windows must remain closed, locked and minded when small children present.

-Please respect our vacation home. Treat the furnishings, appliances, utensils with care.
Please observe:
-Remove shoes upon entering condo unit. Place shoes and sandals on the rack.
- This condo is in a hotel building so you do not have to worry about bothering other long term residents, but quiet hours are from 10pm til 7am.
- Tie up garbage bags and dispose of food/garbage on a daily basis.
- trash chute is located on same floor level at far opposite end of the hallway on right side across from the laundry room.
-use the designated beach towels for the pool or beach. Shake off sand before entering condo building. Dry beach towels over the balcony chairs.
-Do not hang anything over the balcony railing.
-Do not remove bath towels. Use inside only.
-Notify us if you lose any towels or break any items inside the condo.
- If you get towels or bedsheets unreasonably dirty or stained, you should launder them before checkout. Otherwise you are not responsible for laundy.
As stated in the listing description under "Other Things to Note", the 4.5% Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) and 9.25% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) are not included in the Airbnb Total and are to be paid at Check-in.
The reason these are not included is to save everyone from paying Airbnb's service fees on the taxes. Mitch's place is a great value based on location proximity to Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Mitch is always on the ball and responds in a very timely fashion. The condo has ocean view, it is quiet, and safe.

Mitch's apartment is beautifully located right in Waikiki Beach with views of the constant stream of surfers as well as Diamond Head. The location was perfect for experiencing the city but also not far from incredible hikes and small beach towns. Mitch was always responsive when we called and asked questions. Parking was easy and free. Do yourself a favor and book this adventure. Lounging on the lanai drinking a cup of coffee before taking on Oahu was a special experience, especially since we had this wonderful home as a jumping off point.

The condo was spotless, easy to find, and conveniently located. Mitch was great at explaining everything and helping us with anything that we needed. Everything was stocked very nicely in the condo and the views were also pretty cool.
