Alex arrived an hour and a half late, but let us know at the time of arrival how late her and her accomplice would be. This is not in and of itself a big issue. Alex and her friend were treated to free wine, chocolates and a warmed up room - but we knew they'd leave a horrible review as there was simply a noticeable personal issue upon their arrival. Suspect it's something to do with not accepting children and trying to bring them here (or simply not liking that we don't accept them). Could be anything thing else, who knows;
Alex and her gust spilt their own red wine all over our new carpet and the bed sheets (which we're unsure how this even happens) then quickly darted off in the morning to escape accountability.
After 2.5 years hosting we have never had such a revolting guest. Knowing this guest had some kind of funky issue, we contacted AirBnB before we could even see their review and were made right after writing ours and seeing theirs. They left us the worst review we've ever received.
We're seeking to have Airbnb remove their review and have their ability to use the platform removed, as they/she lied RE: making a new account / stated that they had stayed in plenty of AirBnB's prior, yet had their own booking denied here due to a new account / stating they'd never used the platform / having to upload a photo before we'd accept them.
To arrive and then state they'd used AirBnB many times was the first alarm, the rest was simply downhill. Finding the room trashed in the morning was simply unbelievable. What drives people to be so disrespectful and gross?
