This spacious one-bedroom is located on a quiet, leafy street in Chicago's East Lakeview neighborhood, just a block from beautiful Lake Michigan, and a block from some of the city's best restaurants, and the late-night every-night bars and clubs in Boystown.
Amenities are everywhere and public transportation to nearby neighborhoods is a breeze with 3 El Lines running through Belmont, and express buses on Lakeshore to take you downtown quickly. You can't beat this location!
This is a nice big 1 bedroom with an open-layout living/dining/kitchen, and tons of natural light. It features a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus I can set up a queen-size airbed in the living room. The apt has a full kitchen, wifi, and Apple TV which you're free to use. Anything else - just ask!
Other things to note
PARKING INFO: I don't own or rent a parking space for this apartment. Parking in the neighborhood is very competitive, especially when there are Cubs games at Wrigley.
I can provide you with 24-hour visitor permits for Zone 383. Parking on side streets EAST of Broadway (the side the apt is on) does not require a permit. Any parking WEST of Broadway requires a 383 permit.
There is metered street parking along Broadway, which is free between 10pm - 8am. There are also paid nightly garages.
Access to public transportation is great, and Lyft/Uber/Taxis are everywhere.

I'm an East Coast transplant who has been happily living in Chicago for a little over 6 years. I landed in the Lakeview neighborhood in 2011, and still love it every day.
I'm thrilled to open my private home to travelers, on a part-time basis, through hosting on AirBnB. I'm relatively new to hosting, but have had fabulous experiences as a guest in different cities around the US plus international stays in Vietnam and Ecuador — I think it's a warmer way to experience staying in a new city. También hablo español, si desea comunicarse conmigo en ese idioma.
Regarding bringing a car, I do not have a dedicated parking spot. Street parking is pretty competitive in this neighborhood, especially when there are Cubs games. I have visitor permit passes that would allow you to park for 24 hours at a time in "Zone 383". If you find a spot, I'd recommended leaving your car there for as long you're in the city. There are also nightly garages where you can pay to park your car if you can't find anything else.
It's important to me that your stay to be as easy and comfortable as possible. Please contact me if you have any questions about the apartment or about the city. I'd love to chat with you!
