I agree with the other positive reviews. Sarah is warm, welcoming and super accommodating. She's wonderful. The room is a decent size with large windows that open for a breeze

Sarah's place is conveniently located, quiet and you will feel like you are a part of the culture if you stay with her instead of at a hotel. It's bohemian chic. There's no lock on the bedroom door, but you will feel extremely safe with these respectful roommates!

The experience of staying in this flat is extremely unpleasant. First, the environment is not worth for this amount of price; the charges in the living room cannot be used, and the locks in the bathroom and living are broken, so if you are ok with the level of privacy you have you can go for it. If you walk at night, the owner’s roommate will blame you for making noises, so you’d better not go the toilet at night! We would like to kindly give your some advices: make sure to take photos of the room before you move in, otherwise the owner will charge you 100 euro for damaging her furniture even if you didn’t damage it at all. The owner is very rude and said some bad words to us, l have used airbnb for many years but never met people like this!

Response from Sarah:
Hello Xingrui, Actually seen like that, it is better not to come to this apartment. Besides, I think you forgot to say: - the noise you made (my neighbors complained and not just my roommate) - the condition of the apartment when you left (food, termometer used on the dining room table, open champagne, garbage cans, open chip packets, baby wipes everywhere in the room etc etc ) Visibly you have to confuse hotel and private apartment and even in a hotel you do not do that ! - your lack of communication (I asked you several questions that you did not answer on airbnb, you had to pick up your luggage in the middle of the day, so I canceled an appointment to serve you and you did not warn me that You did not come) - finally, I actually asked for 100 € dedomagement since you damaged my table in the living room with candle wax and a piece of furniture in my room. This is the first time I have this kind of experience and I find it shameful not to respect a place as you have found it.

Juliette's home was incredibly cozy, with a great location just a few minutes away from the Palais Garnier. She was very efficient with communication. The flat itself has a very antique charm to it (my friend and I loved all the cute plants!) and you can see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from the window! Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Paris for a few nights :)

We really loved staying in Juliette's apartment. The location was absolutely perfect and so central to everything - within walking distance to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triomphe. The apartment itself was my favorite yet in Europe that we stayed in. It was very spacious, warm, and I felt very at home there. It's also very quiet and serene, with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window. Juliette and her roommates were friendly and very cool, and Gizmo her doggie is a sweetheart. Highly recommend!
