Beautiful fully updated 3bdrm/2ba home on quiet tree lined street in Belmont Shore. 2 blocks from beach (bike path, water activities), 1 block from Belmont Shore (Second Street dining/shopping), and conveniently close to Downtown Long Beach (Convention Center, Queen Mary, Aquarium). Home includes central heat/AC, solid oak floors, fireplace, 2 TV's, spacious brick patio, laundry room, large 2 car garage. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families w kids.

Other things to note
No pets are allowed. However, the owners dog occasionally is at the house when being occupied by the owner. House is cleaned and sanitized prior to each guests arrival. There is a $35 charge for lost keys or garage opener.
Respect property and contents, no parties, no loud music or noise after 10pm, only persons listed may stay at the property. The charge for lost keys and/or garage remote opener is $50. Although children are welcome, the house is not child proof. Pets are occasionally on the premises with the owner.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
We are retired professionals (engineer and registered nurse). We own a very large single family home in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles County. We love travel that include activities (such as skiing, scuba diving) and we also love travel that includes the arts (opera and theatre). We often travel with our daughter and son in law.
