The space
Relax and unwind in our warm, modern 4 bedroom home nestled in the heart of the North West wine county.
Brookfield Escape boasts 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Each of the four bedrooms feature a Queen bed and double wardrobes. The 5th bed is a comfortable pull out sofa bed, located in the lounge area. The spacious master has its own private ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The full modern kitchen has been thoughtfully designed flowing onto an open plan living and dining area. The lounge is extremely spacious and comfortably seats 10 guests.
A heat pump keeps the space warm in winter and cool in summer. A great spot to rest, relax and recharge with family and friends.
The beautiful indoor and outdoor flow with two decks is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or a book in hand.
Brookfield Escape is the perfect spot to stay as a bridal party, or wedding guest with great lighting and plenty of space to get ready. The parking area is large, spacious and private, perfect for your make up artists/ photographer and guests.

We are also located just 12 minutes away from Muriwai beach and 10 minutes from Riverhead Forest. Multiple vineyards and golf courses are also located in the area.
Brookfield Escape is conveniently located next to Brookfield Estate, a purpose built equestrian property. Due to this location we are also able to offer you, your own horse/s to stay on site. Our paddocks are all of a flat to gentle gradient with Equirope fencing and Equine mesh safety gates. Our facilities are purpose built and include a 60 x 40 arena complete with showjumps, cold and warm water, concrete, covered wash bay, four yards and four stables. Truck and float parking is also available. We are located 17 minutes to Woodhill Sands, Muriwai Beach and Woodhill Equestrian forest, making this home the perfect horsey holiday location.

Check-out any time before 10am
Please let us know if you require a slightly earlier check-in or later checkout - we are more than happy to try and accommodate this if we are able to.
A Brookfield Escape sign is located outside the driveway.
Other things to note:
No dogs
No fireworks of any nature due to rural surroundings.
You must stay within the boundary of the large house site. Please do not enter any paddocks, feed horses etc.
Please note that we do not allow events on site.
Water: We are on tank water and ask that you please be mindful in the dry months of how you use the water.
Guest access
You are welcome to use both outdoor entertaining areas and the large backyard. Please stay within the boundary of the house section.
