My family and I had a wonderful trip to Raleigh. Everything was just as it stated on Karen's page......the neighborhood is very near downtown. Karen was a wonderful host that responded to my texts/questions almost immediately. She was flexible and patient and we couldn't have been any more pleased. If you're ever traveling to the Raleigh area I would Absolutely recommend staying here first!

We had a lovely stay! Karen was waiting for us when we arrived, and gave us a tour of her home as well as tips for what to do and see around Raleigh. Her home is cozy, comfortable, and full of Southern charm. There are towels, extra pillows, sheets, and toiletries for all guests. She also had a bottle of wine, snacks, and candy for us which was such a nice surprise. The location is great. The supermarket is about a mile away, and downtown Raleigh is about a 10 minute drive. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay at Karen's.

We stayed over for a couple of nights while visiting family. Karen's place had everything we needed and more. The wine and treats including fresh blueberry muffins were a nice touch! There were extra toiletries and plenty of towels and blankets. We actually had just run out of toothpaste, so it worked out very well! I appreciated the coffee and tea provided and the ROKU TV. The bed was comfortable and the house stayed cool. Everything was exactly as described but a little nicer than we expected. Great location near many restaurants and shops. There are several stairs to get to the front door which wasn't a problem for us, but just something to note.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful and thoughtful. Location was convenient to downtown Raleigh. Hostess was responsive when I had questions. The bed and sheets were very soft and comfortable. The little back patio was quiet and private. Highly recommended.

I'm a New Englander born & raised but I have lived in the south since 1996. I have two teenage boys and a great husband. We adore our black lab Sam who we like to vacation with as much as we can. He is well behaved and sweet. We like vacations that incorporate the outdoors but we also like cites or towns to explore.

Professionally I'm a Realtor who has a very unique niche. My mission is to serve the "aging in place" and WHOLE disability community. I grew up with a deaf sister and I'm fluent in ASL.

I love all things aesthetic so if I like your place, you've done a good job making it a sweet welcoming home. I am excited to be a host now as well. I strive for a 5 star review. Please let me know if I can improve things to make you stay more enjoyable.
